His professional experience and interests include financial services to corporations and wealthy individuals with regard to financial strategy, raising finance, M&A deals and Value Consulting.

Anna is a corporate finance executive professional with broad-based experience in private equity,  international M&A transactions (both inbound and outbound  investments), financial advisory, fundraising bad debts recovery and restructuring,  lending and finance-related deal structuring. Prior to Stride Consulting Anna held positions at Deloitte, Standard Bank, Alfa Captital Partners and a number of cross-border consulting arrangements.

Anna's industry focus and expertise in Mining & Metals, Infrastructure, Energy and Real Estate. Anna also has experience in managing portfolio companies, investor relations, legal structuring and litigation. Anna has hands-on experience in sell- and buy-side M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border, ranging from  developed markets (US, UK) to  Africa and Asia.

Anna graduated from Moscow State University with honors, holds London School of  Economics' certificate and ACCA.
